# Wartung

Die Wartung des Gateways, dessen korrekte Konfiguration und Eingebundenheit in die IoT-Cloud übernimmt smartbloqs für Sie. Sie sollten jedoch mit den folgenden Rahmenbedingungen an der Funktionsfähigkeit mitwirken:

### Platzierung

Günstige [Positionierung](/gerate/gateway/montage.md) und sichere Befestigung des Geräts

### Stromzufuhr

Unterbrechungsfreier Anschluss an den Stromkreislauf

### Netzwerkumgebung

Sofern das Gateway keine LTE-Option besitzt, sondern über LAN kommuniziert und das Netzwerk nicht von smartbloqs betrieben wird: Verlässliche Datenleitung, belastbare Infrastruktur und korrekte Konfiguration des Netzwerks.
